• Develop and maintain the front-end of our AI coaching platform using React.
• Create and optimize backend services and APIs, primarily using Python.
• Integrate AI functionalities, working with OpenAI and other AI technologies.
• Work with coaches to develop new coaching protocols and improve their coaching clients' user experience.
• Develop admin tools to enable coaches to observe and improve their AI coaching.
• Implement and manage data analytics to enhance user experience and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with our product and design teams to bring creative solutions to life.
• Engage in all phases of software development, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Contribute to a team culture that values creativity, continuous learning, and improvement.
