Many have existing content, whether that’s social media posts, podcasts, books, articles or blog posts, videos, or courses. We use this content to train their AI.

So many! Digital Wisdom AI creates an assistant that enables you to provide flexible support to more clients simultaneously whenever they need it – without you having to be there. 

As your clients have natural back-and-forth conversations with the AI, they’ll become more familiar with you and your work whilst benefiting from additional support. 

Your AI clone can also help you to expand your reach to a wider audience by automating content creation in your tone and leveraging your knowledge base. It can promote your products and services just like you would, when the time is right.

You can use your AI clone to further supplement coaching by guiding clients through self-paced courses or suggesting worksheets and exercises to move them forward. Or offer it as an upsell and charge for access. It’s up to you. 

You’ll also be able to fine-tune the quality of your AI. You can review its responses, learn from client interactions, and flag anything needing improvement.

It usually takes around 1-2 months from when you give us your content to build your customized AI assistant. 

The initial setup simply requires providing access to your existing content library. From there, our team handles feeding that data to the system and building your custom AI. 

We suggest refreshing the AI quarterly or any time you produce a significant amount of new coaching content (e.g. a new course, masterclass or podcast series). 

This ensures your AI stays aligned with your latest knowledge.

Not at all! Our team handles all the initial tech work.

We’ve designed an easy way for you to manage your AI and customize it over time with no hassles.  Just tell us where your content is and we’ll do the rest. We’ll interview you about your coaching methodology to ensure it works for your needs, we’ll explain different ways we can integrate with your website or messaging system, and we’ll give you instructions to provide us with access to any platforms that you may be using.

To get started, all you need to do is send us links to your content so that we can feed it into the AI’s knowledge bank to create your clone.

All of your content remains wholly owned by you and is only used by us to train your AI. It will not be made available to any other coaches.

If you notice occasions where the AI isn’t providing good answers, just let us know – we provide an interface for you to easily review previous conversations and flag them for review.  Otherwise, ongoing maintenance simply requires periodically adding any major new content you produce. We make it a seamless, hassle-free process.

We design your AI to communicate very naturally, but it's upfront about being an artificial intelligence rather than trying to trick anyone.

It communicates in very natural, conversational ways. And we'll customize the AI's personality, voice style, and level of formality and more to fit your personal brand and preferences.

Yes. As part of the training process, we work closely to configure the AI's personas, communication styles, formality levels and more to create an assistant aligned with your personal brand. We leverage your existing content to train the AI to write and engage in conversations using your style.

But there are limits to how advance the AI can get, and it may not get it exactly right every time.

Absolutely! The AI ingests all your videos, audio recordings, writings - any materials you provide. It then uses that knowledge to generate fresh writing in your personal voice and communication style.

Yes, privacy is very important. All client interactions are anonymized so individual conversations cannot be traced back to specific users. 

Data is encrypted and privacy laws followed.

Your content, including any derived knowledge, remains 100% your intellectual property.We utilize robust security measures and your materials are siloed into a secure, private knowledge base accessible only to our your custom AI instance.

We never share or reuse your proprietary content.

No AI is perfect, but generally speaking, when it gets things wrong, it is usually around the edges, and rarely egregious. If you ever notice the AI providing inappropriate or inaccurate advice, just let us know and we’ll do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
